To delete your data from the “Apna Shahar” app, please follow these steps:
Log in to the Apna Shahar app.
Go to the profile section.
Click on the ‘सुरक्षा’ tab.
Select the ‘मेरा डाटा और अकाउंट हटाएँ’ option.
Content Deletion Policy:
In case you have created and published content on the app, we do not delete it as a part of our content policy.

Data Retention Policy:
Your data is retained for 180 days as directed by the social media intermediary guidelines published by the Ministry of Information Technology – Part II. 1. (h).
After the retention period, we delete your personal information, including your name and phone number, from the platform.
